Michelin-starred Chef Vito Mollica’s creativity will explode at Il Palagio restaurant on Christmas Eve, with a fish-based dinner menu including artichoke risotto with red mullet brodetto and john dory fillet with browned mushrooms and pumpkin cream.

The Christmas Day menu alternates between traditional and creative: tortellini in chianina beef consommé and veal fillet with fruit pickles and pumpkin cream, or saffron-flavoured scialiatelli pasta with Rotonda beans and scampi, followed by olive and lemon-crusted turbot. Chef Domenico Di Clemente’s desserts have a special place on the menu; his sweet creations are pleasing to both the eye and palate, and his homemade panettone has become a symbol of Christmas in the city.

New Year’s Eve is going to be a crescendo of lovely surprises. The evening begins with a lavish dinner at Il Palagio featuring an exclusive menu of gourmet delicacies such as osietra caviar, oysters, Spanish joselito ham and Italian specialties, such as pecorino cheese and black truffle risotto, glazed sea bass and quail stuffed with chestnuts. New Year’s Eve celebrations continue with a party held in Il Conventino, an original setting curated by Vincenzo Dascanio, music and dancing till early hours within this year’s theme "Wonderland."

Christmas Tea Time is a lovely break with the Pastry Chef’s macaroons and tea provided by Florentine tearoom La Via del Tè.

This year’s Christmas program includes top-quality delivery service with Vito Mollica’s Take Away. Menus, dishes specially made to be comfortably enjoyed at home.
